What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city and, if you provide it, your email address. We use this only to confirm, deliver and support your order.
Who processes it
Orders and customer records are stored by YouCan, the e-commerce platform that powers this store. Our delivery partners receive the details needed to deliver your parcel. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are submitted by a person, not a bot.
Your cart
Your cart is saved in your browser's session storage so it survives page reloads. It is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent to us until you place an order.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
