Orders

Placing an order is a request to buy. Our team may call you to confirm it before shipping. We can cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the delivery details cannot be confirmed.

Prices

All prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). The price charged is the one shown at checkout, confirmed against our current catalog when the order is placed.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier the total shown on your order confirmation when your parcel arrives.

Delivery

We ship across Morocco. Delivery times depend on your city and are estimates, not guarantees.
